Ana Falcão is a photographer, audiovisual worker and editor, whose artistic research is based on the investigation of a close look at the convergence of politics, gender, memory, space and time through experimental processes, permeating between the analogue and the digital.
She is part of the national analogue photography collective Deriva Cartografica, where she works as a photographer and process coordinator, in addition to having worked as a researcher and curator of the project's images for the creation of the photobook Voltei, Porque Te Amo, released in 2023 by the publisher Gris.
She was born and lived in Teresina-Piauí, having in this place of origin – mid-northern Brazil – the greatest visual artistic reference, a source of enlightenment and stimulation.
